 Federal Housing Administration suggest the following steps  if you have a FHA-insured single family home mortgage and  having difficulty making monthly mortgage payments due to the COVID-19   
1. Continue to make your mortgage payment 
2.  Contact your lender and explain  your financial situation
3. Contact  HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency https://apps.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/hcc/hcs.cfm
